Here is another detailed video of my top tips for swimming freestyle with more ease, power and fantastic technique
Freestyle is the fastest stroke and the easiest to maintain lap after lap, compared to the other strokes, so its really important you master the technique.
So try out these tips and I'm sure it will really help you make a few small changes that will lead to a much easier and smoother freestyle.

Level 1 = 600m - 1.5km
Level 2 = 1.5km - 2.5km
Level 3 = 2.5km - 4km
