After U.S. Marshals, led by Raylan (Timothy Olyphant) and Mullen (Nick Searcy), raid Boyd's (Walton Goggins) camp, they arrest the shepherd and Dewey Crowe. Back at the office, they ask Luther for help. Luther growls, "You strike at the shepherd, the sheep may scatter".
