Misunderstanding the word "Sin" is a common experience for many. It evokes too many stereo-types. "Sin" comes from an archery term and means to "miss the mark". We draw back our bow, aim for good, but "miss the mark". This video has thoughtful illustrations of how to be a better Archer! Six actors present six different ways that sin works it's way into our lives and then makes it difficult for us to break free. Sin is sneaky. Sin is clever. Sin is deceptive. When you aren't paying attention, sin reaches its tendrils into your life and grabs a hold of you. We guard our hearts against the myriad sins that might take control of our lives but Grace and Mercy are always there even when we "miss the mark". God defeated sin on the cross of Christ.
