Done in the classic wow Season of Mastery beta. level 60 character template mage simulated to level 42 with gear/spell downranking. I had some extra advantages being level 60 but also wasted several minutes on a scuffed scarab pull. I would imagine 48+ you could get close to 13 minutes per run

Used a video of arlaeus doing this farm at 42 to get the int and stam values he had doing this mage farm in greens. I then de-equiped gear to match those values (about 3.8k mana and 1.8k health) and downranked all my spells down to what would be available at 42. My character still has alot of extra spell power but it's really not a major deal as blizzard scales poorly with spell power, and extra spell power only means the kill phase would be slightly shorter by 1-2 more rotations but it's not impactful. Even at 60 the only 2 stats that impact your ability to do the farm and do it quicker are your mana and health pool as you will be able to cast higher rank blizzards to increase damage more significantly.
