This course addresses the background of child labor and the forms it takes abroad and in the United States. This course was taught by Prof. Nora V. Demleitner, Professor of Law, Washington and Lee University School of Law, at The John J. Brunetti Human Trafficking Academy’s intensive 15-course training certification, The State of Labor Trafficking Domestically and Abroad: A Critical Assessment on the 20th Anniversary of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, in July 2020.
