I recommend not waiting till your last morning in Madeira to do this hike…

Pico do Ariero is the third highest peak in Madeira and one of the most beautiful hikes in Europe! You technically don’t even have to hike it to get the view if you don’t want to because you can drive right to the top! I do highly recommend doing the actual hike though as you will get a lot better views then from the parking lot.

These hikes prove once again why Madeira is the Hawaii of Europe.
