Alright folks here's how I prune a normal Vitex so that it looks more like a tree than a shrub.
In case you missed it in the video, the key is to get down under it, and trim it like a canopy.
If you can sit under it, you've done a good job!
And remember, the difference between a good haircut and a bad haircut is TWO weeks!
So don't be shy and get in there.
