Crispy dry prawns sambal
Ingredients:
Dry prawn - 150 grams
Onions - 500 grams
Red chilli - 50 grams
Garlic - 200 grams
Salt - according to taste
Lemon - 1 tsp [optional]
It can be stored in an airtight container for more than 2 months, its best served with rice and chapathi and can be eaten with anything you want basically.
