Getting a valuable item such as your passport, mobile phone or wallet stolen could prove to be the biggest threat and the most stressful thing to happen on your Mallorca holiday.

So I'll tell you where I have heard this happening, where Mallorca pickpockets operate and how you can take measures to keep belongings safe.

You will see that I touch upon the reported muggings in Magaluf, however, this is a much wider issue that has affected the resort for years. I've heard it's still happening and has yet to be stamped out.
