I had the opportunity to go and check out Texas A & M’s Kyle field in College Station, TX. It holds 112k people, with 147 suites, 15 clubs, 58 concession stands, and 20 kitchens around the stadium. I did a tasting for a few execs for a Chef position, and killed it. I was offered the position but turned it down because, I can’t find any where that gives me more then what I already have at Nova. It was a great experience, and it feels good to be doing what I do, at the level I do it at!!!
