The legendary blind mystic Baba Vanga, who is believed to have predicted numerous global events including the death of Princess Diana and the 9/11 attacks, has forecasted a year of harrowing scientific breakthroughs and severe natural catastrophes for 2025.
Having been born in 1911, Vanga—whose real name was Vangeliya Pandeva Gushterova—gained notoriety across Eastern Europe thanks to her purported precognitive abilities.
She became visually impaired at age 12 following a ferocious storm that struck her village. She claimed this incident endowed her with the capacity to foresee events yet to come.
Often referred to as the "Balkan Nostradamus", the clairvoyant, who died in 1996, documented her visions up until the year 5079, and even though some analysts have contested the interpretations of her prophecies, she still enjoys a significant cult following.
