Grilled Blue Crabs
6 Blue Crabs
4 Ears of Corn
1 Andouille Sausage
1 Lemon
Old Bay
1/2 Cup Butter
6-8 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
Clean the crabs coat them in the juice of the Lemon and season with old bay.
Get your grill going and set it to a temperature somewhere around 400 degrees.
Make the garlic butter by combining the butter and garlic and melting it in the microwave. Add the Parsley and mix together.
Put the corn and sausage on the grill and let them start cooking. Rotate and flip as needed to cook evenly. When the corn is almost done coat them in the garlic butter.
Drop the crabs on the grill and let them start cooking. Let them cook for about 5-7 minutes. flip them over cook another 5-7 minutes. flip back over and coat the crabs in the garlic butter. When the crabs turn orange there ready to eat. Cook time will vary depending on the temperature of the grill.
Serve while everything is hot.
