This is a T40 spreading uniformity test. There are 21 boxes behind the engineer to collect the spreading urea to test the spreading uniformity.

They use large granular urea, a box can hold 50KG.

The speed is 7 meter per second, and the consumption per Acre is 150lbs/Acre. The line distance is 7 meters and the flying height is 3 meters.

They placed a brick so that the wind could not blow the box away.

Here you can see the number of spread particles for the corresponding area. Still quite a lot. What they will have to do in a while is to weigh the granular urea in all the boxes in turn.

Fill the granular urea from each box into its own paper cup. The urea granules in the 21 boxes were weighed sequentially, and the uniformity was judged by comparing the weight.

Now you can take a look at this table, the smaller the CV value, the more even the spreading, and the CV value below 30% is acceptable.
