I went to Germany for the ADAC sim racing expo where I tested a wide range of interesting products.
The Cammus C5 was the most impressive wheel base I tried given the form factor and price point relative to the performance.
On the pedal side, the pneumatic SRP pedals were really impressive mainly because they took zero adaptation for me to get used to. They instantly reminded me of the real life race cars.
Then on the extremely high end of things, I saw the Simucube active pedals which essentially move on their own to give you any feeling you want. At nearly $10k for a set of 3, it's by far the most expensive pedals I've used, but they were also the most capable. Realistically, it's only worth buying a brake pedal, but would $3k for a pedal like this seem justified to you?
