It's a good job I've got my wits about me as this Range Rover Runs a Red Traffic Light.
This was reported to the Police via Operation Snap.
Here is their response:"The footage has been reviewed and on this occasion no further action will be taken due to evidential difficulties. In order to proceed with this type of incident we require clear evidence that the traffic signal was red for the other vehicle as it crosses the Stop line".

I'm sorry, but I was the 3rd vehicle to go at the green light. His light was definitely RED.
The Red light can clearly be seen as indicated in the footage.
He also clearly drives on the Pavement.
