He explains how the higher tax rate threshold will be raised so that only workers earning more than 40,000 will pay the higher rate of tax.
Conor talks about cost of living supports such as a double child benefit payment, cost of living support for social welfare recipients & an extra 500 euro for Carer Support Grant & Working Family Payment recipients.
Social welfare recipients will also see an increase of 12 euro per week.
