The River Towy was known for it's sea trout but sadly these days there are very few running the river. There appears to be more salmon maybe so I decided to go and see if I could catch one myself. Oh and I forgot to mention - I was a whisker away from drowning for about 30mins whilst trying to cross the river! It had a massive impact on me physically and mentally although I shrugged it off at the time!
