This is one of Ramadan dish.
The Ingredients:
- 1,5kg of chicken pieces
- 4 tbsp of red onions
- 2 tbsp of garlic mince
- 1 tbsp of ginger mince
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 lemongrass (crushed)
- 2 palm sugars
- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- 3 bay leaves
- 25g of galangal
- 100ml of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp of chicken stock
- 3 tbsp of butter
8 Herbs & Spices:
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp of galangal powder (kencur)
- 1 tsp of coriander leaves powder
- 1 tsp of crushed candlenut
- 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of galangal powder (lengkuas)
- 1 tsp of black pepper powder
