The PAC-LINE™ conveyor track is pre-fabricated and has a bolt together modular design for quick on-site installation and modification. Overhead conveyors are traditionally the lowest cost method of conveying an item from point A to point B and with automatic lubrication, self-adjusting take-up and zinc plated components which all contribute to low maintenance. The enclosed track design prevents contaminants from reaching the heavy duty drive chain which is made of high tensile strength alloy steel, heat treated and zinc plated for protection from wear and corrosive environments. Inclines and declines are easily achieved without the need for additional drives and they allow products to be stored overhead, an area that is often considered unusable, by freeing up valuable floor space. The system can control a variety of complex circuits with a minimal number of drives required to safely move products. The low profile track makes the system very compact and the PAC-LINE™ easily conveys through very tight radius curves.
