Gov. Gretchen Whitmer sits down with GM CEO and state legislatures to discuss the $6.5B GM investment in Michigan. The state is offering over $800M in tax incentives to GM for expansion of their Orion Township assembly factory as well as the construction of a battery cell plant in Lansing.
