Hey y'all! I hope y'all enjoyed meal prepping with me today! This should last me forever lol!! I hope this gave you a little inspiration to do some meal prepping for yourself or for your family! Freezer meals are a wonderful time saver and also a great gift to give someone you love who may need a little extra help right now. I ended up with 8 chili, 6 taco soup, 8 shepherd's pie, 8 lasagna, 10 ham and cheese sandwiches, 10 breakfast sandwiches, 17 breakfast burritos and 8 pizzas! Pick a day, grab your ingredients and spend a little time in the kitchen to save yourself some time down the road.

Par bake the pizza crust: 425F for 5 minutes.

REHEATING FROM FROZEN:

**Remember all ovens are different so cooking times will vary. It will also depend on if you let things thaw in the fridge overnight**

Lasagna: 350F covered for 1 hour then uncover to brown cheese
Shepherd's Pie: 350F covered for 45 minutes, uncovered till brown
Burritos: 400F for 15 minutes in the air fryer, flipping halfway
Pizza: 425F 15-20 minutes (depends also on the thickness of your crust)
Breakfast Sandwiches: Remove plastic, wrap in a damp paper towel, microwave for 1 minute, flip and then cook another 30 seconds to 1 minute or until warmed through (they're best if you let them thaw in the fridge overnight)
Ham and Cheese Sandwiches: Thaw in fridge overnight
Chili and Taco Soup: Let thaw in fridge overnight or you can heat them slowly on the stove if they're frozen
