Religious leaders have urged government to set up measures to protect Ugandans from the economic impact of the COVID 19 restrictions recently announced by the President. The religious leaders were concerned about the effects of the restrictions on ordinary Ugandans, many of whom may slide into poverty. The call came as the religious leaders participated in a national prayer day at State House Entebbe this afternoon.
