Vjekoslav Hlede currently works at the American Association of Anesthesiologists. He researches adult education, learning technology and learning theories in his educational research. He is interested in quality improvement and is an education professional with extensive experience in development of impactful, cutting-edge technology-enhanced learning for healthcare teams and for faculty development. His PhD was published in 2019, examining quality improvement for education and interprofessional learning of perioperative teams.
Cvetanka Walter is a Research Fellow in digital education and future skills, based in Germany. Her main research interests include online reflective practice, digital pedagogy, constructivism, and learners’ digital wellbeing. Cvetanka has publications on the role and experience of online tutors on blended learning courses in higher education. She has been an online tutor in intercultural communication since 2013 and has also been a teacher of English as a foreign language.
