Microinteractions in UX are a form of interactive design used to show system status, prevent errors and give instant feedback to the users. It helps build confidence and trust for the end-user creating a better User experience.
They are contextual short animations designed to show system status, prevent errors and provide instant feedback. A set of reactions that assure the users while performing a task.
The two main ways we can incorporate micro-interactions in UX design are through user-triggered actions like - tap, swipe, voice, etc., or by showing system input animations or collective user behavior animation.
Microinteractions may seem small but they create a great impact on the users.
