South Sudan has refused to work with opposition leader Riek Machar saying he has no place in the current transitional government.
The government says that he should wait for elections if he wants to get into power . This comes just a day after an IGAD summit held in Addis Ababa decided that the two warring factions should continue their negotiations in Sudan under under the auspices of President Omar Hassan Ahmed al-Bashir.
