I am replacing the PCB wiring which came in my 2012 Gibson Les Paul with 3 bourns 500k Audio taper potentiometers and a Shadow kill pot. I am also wiring the neck tone pot to act as a variable split for the neck pickup where 0 is just the screw coil and 10 is the full humbucker. With the bridge circuit, I am using 50's style wiring and a kill pot. I am also shielding all of the covers on the guitar with copper foil tape. The result is a hum and buzz free guitar with a multitude of possible tones and more lively humbuckers than before the modifications. Thanks for watching.
