With the introduction of a new community feature, WhatsApp groups may now be consolidated under one roof.
Starting today, it is set up to allow for smaller talks within each group while allowing updates to be communicated to everyone across all groups at once. Communities' administrators will have significantly more authority, such as the ability to send messages of announcement to every member of every subgroup. In order to prevent outsiders from viewing existing chats and groups, the same end-to-end encryption will be employed. Additionally, video calls are being made available to up to 32 persons. Both updates will be accessible in both regular WhatsApp groups and those included in bigger communities.
