Way back in 2001, I went to one of my first live marketing conferences. And one day, during a lunch break, I started talking to the person next to me in the buffet line.

This casual exchange with a stranger inspired me to believe in a vision for my business that was much bigger than what I thought was possible.

This “buffet line revelation” had an amazing impact on my life. And it never would have happened if I didn’t attend that conference.

As my team and I get ready for “PLF Live” - our big three-day workshop event that runs from May 14th to 16th - I’ve been thinking a lot about the tremendous “lessons” like this that I’ve learned at live events.

In fact, my business probably wouldn’t be 1/100th of what it is today had I not made the decision many years ago to attend live events regularly.
