On Monday, March 25, 2019, at 7:45 pm, the victim, a 38 year-old female, was standing on the sidewalk on the 1000 block of Filbert Street when they heard an unknown black male screaming. As he approached the victim he slashed her in the face with a knife then fled. The offender then went to the comer of 11th and Filbert Streets and began yelling at people and banging his fists on the wall and was last seen running south on 11th Street.
Suspect Description: Black male, medium to heavy build, beard, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with white or yellow writing on the front, black jeans and black shoes.
