Shamrock Lake Centre Culvert, constructed in 1938, had not undergone any rehabilitation and needed replacement. Located on Highway 11 in Northwestern Ontario and under 19 m of fill, the design of the replacement culvert posed numerous challenges from all directions. The culvert was relined using a Steel Tunnel Liner Plate, providing the most effective and economical replacement structure.
