William Trainer, President & CEO, Grande West Transportation Group Inc. (BUS) joined Tim Babcock, Director, Listed Issuer Services, TSX Venture Exchange to open the market today. Grande West Transportation Group designs and manufactures the Vicinity bus which is a Canadian designed, community shuttle bus transportation innovation that was conceived to meet the demand for a greener compact bus. The Vicinity bus made its debut for its first trial test in February 2010 during Vancouver Winter Olympic Games and since then has received certification by the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS), Transport Canada, and the British Columbia Ministry of Transportation in October 2011.
