MEASUREMENTS

carrot + pineapple juice (one serving)

1 cup pineapple
1/2 cup carrots
1 cup water or coconut oil


body oil

1/2 cup oil of choice (avocado, olive, grapeseed, jojoba)
5 drops lavender essential oil
5 drop peppermint essential oil
