THE MYSTERY OF BLOOD TYPES A CLOSER LOOK
How many blood types are four?
OK, AB.
Yeah.
And so B is about 18.
AB is about 2% of the human population.
That is the most rare.
And I, to be very honest, I don't have specific idiosyncrasies about the AB because I just had such limited exposure.
And when somebody says they're an AB, I'm like.
Yeah.
Do we know why or how the blood types work or why somebody is a certain type of blood type or not?
Is it hereditary?
It's an evolutionary process.
So if you subscribe to the process that we all started in Africa, Africa and then we basically spread out, the universal donor is no blood type.
So that's the original blood type.
So everybody can get O blood, but an AB can only give to another AB and it's just because essentially these O blood types spread out through, you know, the continents and ended up then.
