Tallnecks in Horizon are one of the largest machines that look like dinosaurs/giraffes. Overriding a Tallneck grants Aloy a detailed view of everything in the area in which the Tallneck is strolling. There are a total of six Tallnecks to override in Forbidden West. Here's how to override the first one, located in Cinnabar Sands to the east of No Man's Land.

Note: I failed several times initially before I eventually managed to get on top of the Tallneck. Hence, I recommend watching this video at 1.5-2 times the original speed in order to save time. Climbing up the dish antennae is particularly difficult. Follow what I did in this video and keep trying!
