You can't go wrong-o with the Rongorongo.
Here we have another Smuggler's Cove original cocktail that is not in the Smuggler's Cove Book. With the combination of delicious rums, pineapple juice, and cinnamon syrup, what more can you ask for? And we shouldn't be surprised at how good this drink is as it was created by the 2017 Imbide Bartender of the Year, Steven Liles.
*Coruba:* I should note that looking back I’m not sure at all if they originally used Coruba. I may be conflating things as on my last trip there I noted and was told they were subbing Monymusk for Coruba in other cocktails, not specifically the Rongorongo.

1 dash Angostura.
¾ SC cinnamon syrup
¾ pineapple juice
1 oz lime juice
¾ Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum
¾ Monymusk Classic Gold
¾ Plantation OFTD
SC Cinnamon Syrup
2 cups water
3 6-inch cinnamon sticks
4 cups granulated sugar
Add cinnamon and water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat and let sit at room temp for 12 hours. Strain and enjoy!
