It's the newest underground road of the newest skybridge near Institute of Technology of Cambodia known as Techno school in Phnom Penh city of Cambodia. The cityhall announce to let people use this underground road Saturday 25th July 2015 as the skybridge is still in progress. It's my first time on July 25th to travel the first time of underground road in Phnom Penh city.
