This DIY model garden windmill has two sets of sails and the tower unit swivels on a vertical axis according to the wind direction. The miniature bearings enable the sails shaft to rotate even in light wind conditions. The combination of the double set of sails and the swivelling motion, provide an interesting and dynamic visual feature.
