Ingredients:
Peanut oil - 3tbsp
Cardamom - 3 no’s
Cloves - 4 no’s
Cinnamon - 2 small sick
Bay leaf - 1
Green chili - 1
Big onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - handful
Mint leaves - handful
Tomato - 1
Kashmir red chili powder - 1 tsp
Biriyani masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Vegetables
Basmati rice - 1 cup
Water - 1 1/2 cups
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Egg Masala
Ingredients:
Boiled egg - 6 no’s
Oil - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green chili - 2 no’s
Big onion - 2 no’s finely chopped
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Tomato - 2 no’s finely chopped
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmir red chili powder - 1 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Madras curry powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
