14 Toyota Prius, 76k miles, 1.5 hybrid, automatic, pw, pl, runs ;selling at Online Only auction October 26, 2024, starting at 9:00 AM Central time. Sign up to bid from this item (if you have an auctiontime or equipmentfacts account then you can use that log in information). Once you are registered you can pre-bid on any item in the catalog or you can log in the morning of the auction and follow along in real time. Please go to the Apple or Google Play store and download the Equipmentfacts app to make it easier for you to bid from your phone or tablet. We will start with lot 1 and sell in numerical order. Hours/Mileage is not guaranteed. "Runs" just means that we saw the machine run (we do not make any guarantees as to how good a machine operates) - we will tell you anything we know about each item when it comes up for bids. Most of these items were driven up the hill and parked (they might be missing parts now). Several items are strictly salvage. Even the items that run will probably need a little work (at a minimum they will need batteries and possibly fuel filters). Please look at all the pictures as they will tell you more than our description. Although we do our best to take lots of pictures and get as much information as possible about each item, we still strongly encourage you to come and inspect each item before the auction. WE DO OUR BEST TO GET AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE BUT WE STILL ENCOURAGE YOU TO COME AND LOOK AT EACH ITEM. You are welcome to crank items up and check them out. Winning bidders will receive an invoice via email within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Payment is cash, cashier’s check, bank wire, credit card (3.5%), or E-check. Any items paid for via E-check will have to stay at the auction lot until the E-check clears. NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY LOADING. PICTURES WILL BE POSTED BY October 15. NO TITLE means exactly that, if we tell you no title then you are buying that item with no title (title info will be posted in the description of the item no later than 2 days before the auction). Title Delay means that we will get the title to you within 60 business days of the auction (if we do not get you the title within 60 business days you can bring it back for a refund of your purchase price). There is a $35 Title Fee on all titled items. There is a $50 MS State Trauma Fee on all ATV’s, UTV’s, Motorcycles, and Go Carts. All items must be removed by November 1, 2024 (we will be loading Oct. 28 – Nov. 1. Buyer will be responsible for loading their own items after Nov. 1, 2024 (you will have to schedule a time with Deviney if you need to come get something after Nov 1.
