Sifu Bryan demonstrates another one of the deadly Praying Mantis techniques, we call this one the figure 8, You have to stay close to your opponent like a mirror image, both of you moving as one, no one should be out of sync with other. On both sides you have to be aware of course, one laps of concentration and it could be fatal. This technique as other techniques takes practice and of coordination and timing is very important in the Mantis combine with speed. These videos are manly for Sifu Bryan students so they have something to refer back to if they get stuck at home. Sifu Bryan shows and explains, and breaks down the technique singly then pairs up.
