🍢 INGREDIENTS* THAI BBQ PORK SKEWERS
Pork Belly - 1 lb / 454 g
Garlic - 8 cloves
Cilantro Stem - 5 bunches (see video)
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Palm Sugar - 2 tbsp shaved packed, or 34 g
White Sugar - 1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce - 3 tbsp
Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce - 2 tbsp
Thin Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
Thai Black Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp (see video)
Coconut Milk - 1 cup
Vegetable Oil - 1 tbsp
Corn Starch - 1 tbsp
