HOW THE MOTHER WOUND HAD AFFECTED MY RELATIONSHIPS// The mother wound is rooted in intergenerational attachments that create a multi-layered barrier to healing. This means that relationship dysfunction exists in various capacities to include not only a broken relationship with your mother, yourself, and others, but also with food and the world around you. Healing the lack of mothering and attachment trauma requires acknowledgement and development of a vocabulary to start telling a different narrative that promotes recovery. In this video, I share my story of how the mother was created in my life and the approach that helped me achieve healing.
