So I bought yet another E34..... This time around an Alpine White 540i/6 speed. My 2nd HE53 in just a few months!! How lucky!! This one has a super clean body, however it suffers from a very unusual engine failure. Something Ive never seen happen on an engine... and better yet it still runs!! Let's dive into the newest E34 and figure out what happened.
