1. Quarter the tomato
2. Start with one quarter. Look for the stalk end of the quarter, and start cutting from the other side.
3. Keep the flesh of the tomato and just use your knife to remove the seeds. Place the tomato quarter upright, and keeping your knife the same angle, start to tip the top part of the tomato down.
4. Once you get to the end where the stalk is, cut down. Make sure you move your hand out of the way when you do this.
These can be used as is (great for salads), roasted, or sliced easily.
