Once again, it's Wednesday, so it's time for another installment of "Western New York Wednesday" here on the channel. This week, I'm reviewing another beer from the Southern Tier Brewing Company, and it's their 2XHAZE. This is what they're calling a Double Hazy IPA that is brewed with Citra and Mosaic hops. This is one of Southern Tier's newest offerings -- along with 2XCITRUS and 2XPERIMENTAL -- and I wanted to give it a go, so here we are. Let's see how it is!

Commercial Description:

Southern Tier's 2XHAZE is an absolute flavor bomb. Hazy golden orange, with a soft body and booming with tropical flavor, this Double IPA is smooth and beguiling. The supreme drinkability of 2X beers will have you in awe as you keep up with their daring 8.2% ABV. Now you too, have The 2X Factor.

2XHAZE is brewed to bold strength with an absurd amount of hops, three times a standard IPA, and then dry-hopped relentlessly on four different days. Now that's the 2X Factor.
