INGREDIENTS
•1 cup Sugar
•2 sticks Butter, softened
•3 Large eggs
•1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
•16 oz. Corn starch
•1 cup Flour
•1 tbsp. Baking powder
•Pinch of Salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven at 375°F.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar and butter. Mix thoroughly until mixture becomes creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract to mixture. Thoroughly combine.
Add corn starch, flour, baking powder, and salt. Hand mix ingredients until a dough is formed.
Roll dough into approximately 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Press balls with a fork and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
