5 Step Process:
The 5 Step Process of Getting your Façade Light Installed
1. Home exterior Pics & Objectives:
• 1st step: The first step is to send us some good high-resolution pictures of your Home façade & your objectives. This will help us to be able to see what you are seeing so we are ready to help you better!
• Every project that we have undertaken is as unique as our clients. We provide a quotation that is based on the size and complexity of your project so we need to start with you e-mailing PDFs of your plans and elevations, along with any cross-sections that you may have. For refurbishments, where there are no scale plans available, you can send us photos or videos and (very) rough sketches that just show us the Façade dimensions. You might be able to add these to a copy of your Estate Agent’s floor plan if one is available.

2. Telephone Consulting:
• FREE 15-minute teleconsulting: The 2nd step is to have an initial 15-minute teleconsulting. We will have an open and straight conversation. Discuss your project, the initial cost of designing your project, what light fixtures costs, and see if we are fit for each other!
• Remember: We truly stay true to our motto of Façade lighting made simple.
3. Ideas & Designs:
• The 3rd Step is to have a detailed Video consultation, the post you pay-up the consulting charges and receipt of all your detailed architectural drawings, detailed image, and 3-D Image.
• We discuss your project in detail, what you like, don’t like, what you hope to achieve with your lighting. We make suggestions, present ideas, and show samples. We formulate a conceptual lighting and lighting controls strategy for the façade spaces. We prepare conceptual lighting plans and initial directions for the specification.
4. Prepare plans and specifications:
• The 4th Step we consolidate the lighting and lighting controls plan and prepare a detailed lamp and luminaire schedule with costs for the supply of equipment. We do this to make sure that every component is taken care of here. The design with options, the price for each of these fixtures, the wiring plan, the lighting controls if any, and all the components to the last screw.
• On agreement we send you the agreement with a detailed schedule of payment. The Lights are Ordered: Post your signoff & payment. The light fixture is ordered to our factory and on custom manufactured, we have it delivered to you by 1st class courier service
5. Installation & Commissioning:
• Step 5, Designed to support you during the building and final commissioning phases of your project.
• On receipt of the Home Façade Light Fixtures and with the help of local Certified Electrical Contractors & with the Installation manual, you will need to have the light fixtures installed – Online help is available for electrical contractors
• A virtual Electrical Contractor’s briefing to handle any technical or design questions prior to the start of the light fixture installation
• Directions for performing your own lighting first fix electrical check.
• Review the lighting design and specification, as necessary.
• Answer technical or design queries by e-mail, virtual meeting or phone that arise during this phase.
• Suggestions for setting typical lighting controls scenes.
• A job walkthrough at dusk -online. We’ll go over your lights with you, so they’re positioned as you like them, and you know how they work!
