Shocking video footage has emerged reportedly showing pro-government snipers picking off unarmed protesters in the Ukraine.
Several clips have been released showing activists being cut down by gunfire as street battles continue to rage around Kiev.
In one video shown on Ukrainian television, injured protestors can be seen lying on the pavement as demonstrators rush to their aid, trying to protect themselves with shields.
