varnishlog is a binary that reads from the Varnish Shared Memory Log and displays information about a running Varnish instance. It displays payload information about HTTP request and responses, , but also visualizes potential interaction with your backend.
By using varnishlog the right way, you'll be able to determine the entire trajectory within the Varnish finite state machine: you'll see the different actions that were taken, the transitions to other stages, and possible alterations to headers and payload.
