Process -
Study the whole syllabus (complete it)
Then before revision go through all the upsc pyq's (previous years questions papers) of mains and prelims ,
After this you go for revision ,
Now when you are revising your notes mark those things which are important for prelims and mains .
Don't make separate notes .
(For prelims you need to make some amount of separate notes only few pages , related no national parks , wildlife sanctuaries, countries in different regional organisations etc etc.)
